(Columbus, OH) -- Lawyers for former Akron Police Captain Douglas Prade have to decide what to do next after a legal setback. Prade was convicted of killing his ex-wife in 1998 and the state Supreme Court said yesterday Prade's murder conviction was properly reinstated. It was reinstated back in 2014 after a judge tossed the conviction in 2012.
