A woman killed last Thursday in Fairview Park has now been identified. Police ID the victim as thirty-three year old Qihong Chen. She was found dead inside an apartment at the Fairview Village apartment complex on Lorain Road. Police say 33 year old Jiansen Liang walked into a Cleveland Police station the day of the murder and confessed to the killing. He is charged with aggravated murder and is being held on $1 million bond.
