I-X Indoor Amusement Park reopens after near riot

The I-X Indoor Amusement Park is open again for the first time since a near-riot broke out this past weekend.

I-X Center officials say more police officers will be on site and in the parking lot to help prevent any new problems at the venue.

Tim Dimoff, president & CEO, of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services believes it's a good idea for all event organizers to monitor social media for any signs of trouble before they open.

An online "flash mob" is being blamed for causing fights that led to five arrests at the I-X Center.

Dimoff feels the I-X Indoor Amusement Park is safe for families now that extra security is in place.

However, he says, when attending any public event it's always good to be prepared for the unexpected. Families should have an escape plan, and a place to meet if trouble should happen.
