The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District is investigating an alleged incident involving a teacher.
The mother of a Noble Elementary School student claims her son was grabbed by the teacher on the playground during recess and thrown to the back of a line.
The boy, who is already blind in one eye, is now experiencing new eye and head pain.
Law enforcement is also investigating.
