Congressman Calls On Cleveland Heights Mayor To Resign

A Northeast Ohio congressman is among those calling for the resignation of Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren.

The Ohio Civil Rights Commission recently filed a complaint against the city regarding anti-Semitics comments reportedly made by the mayor's wife, Natalie McDaniel.

Seren is pushing back against calls for his resignation.

Congressman Max Miller who represents portions of Cuyahoga County, but not Cleveland Heights, says that Seren needs to go.

In an interview with Cleveland19, Miller says that one cannot stand beside somebody, no matter who they are, no matter how close they are, when they make those comments.
