The suspect in a December Cleveland homicide is now in custody.
U.S. Marshals on Wednesday arrested 44-year-old Anthony Conner in Cleveland.
Conner is suspected of an East 17th Street home invasion during which he allegedly shot and killed a man.
Conner is also facing charges in Missouri for a 2023 home invasion and shooting.
