Andres Gimenez was 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs.
Josh Naylor added an RBI double.
Starter Alex Cobb tossed five-and-two-thirds innings of one-run ball to pick up the win.
The Guardians have won five straight games and are 72-and-49.
