Movie Magic in our City Center

  • Downtown continues to be transformed into a blockbuster movie set
  • Film productions have the potential to create permanent jobs in the state's film and theater industries.
  • Movie filming helps to boost the local economy as movie crews book hotels, purchase from local businesses, hire local vendors, and contribute to our region.
  • Downtown Cleveland serving as the location for multiple blockbusters also has positive long-term impacts such as increased tourism, visibility and recognition.
  • The Square is closed through Friday to accommodate the movie, this includes REBoL, the Splash Pad, and the Soldiers & Sailors Monument
  • Public Square will reopen on Saturday, July 6th
