NBC To Use An AI Generated Al Michaels Voice For The Olympics: NBC is bringing an artificial-intelligence version of Al Michaels back for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The broadcaster said it's using generative AI software to recreate the sportscaster's voice for “Your Daily Olympic Recap on Peacock.” Michaels approved of the plan, adding he was "astonished" after hearing a sample broadcast. Michaels has worked on NBC's Olympics coverage since 2010.
