Red Lobster Closing Nine Ohio Locations

Amid bankruptcy filings, Red Lobster is announcing the closure of nine Ohio locations.

The company says its endless shrimp promotion, which was made a permanent menu staple by the company's previous CEO, contributed to the company being forced to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.

The company has announced the closures of hundreds of its locations, including restaurants in Columbus, Beachwood, Dayton, Findlay, Maumee, New Philadelphia, Parma, Strongsville, and Toledo.

The company's other 31 Ohio locations remain open at this time.
