The Guardians gave up a late run and fell to the Royals 4-3 from Progressive Field. Hunter Gaddis got the loss after surrendering the go-ahead run in the eighth inning. Jose Ramirez launched his 17th homer of the season, while Josh Naylor also drove in a run. Cleveland is still first in the AL Central at 40-and-21 and will visit the Marlins tonight.
