The Guardians failed to sweep the Nationals following a 5-2 loss in the finale from Progressive Field. Daniel Schneemann accounted for the entire offense with a two-run double in the second inning. Carlos Carrasco got the loss after giving up five runs over four innings. Cleveland is still first in the AL Central at 39-and-20 and will host the Royals tomorrow night.
