The Guardians shut out the Rangers 7-0 in their series opener from Arlington. Jose Ramirez recorded a pair of hits and four RBI as Cleveland scored all of its runs in the eighth and ninth innings. Cleveland remains first in the AL Central at 26-and-16. The three-game series continues tonight.
