President Joe Biden is losing ground with Black voters.
According to an I&I/TIPP Poll released Monday, the president has suffered a 28 percent decline in support among black voters.
The survey, which found Biden and Donald Trump virtually tied head-to-head, also claims that Trump has made significant gains in what it describes as “traditional Democratic constituencies.”
The survey also pointed out that Biden’s support among Hispanic voters has dropped as well.
