Hunter Biden says he's willing to testify before the House Oversight Committee next month - with one condition.
The son of President Biden reportedly responded to a Congressional subpoena by saying he'd be willing to testify publicly - rather than in a closed-door session requested by the Committee.
Committee head James Comer (R-KY) said Biden should be allowed to testify publicly in the future, but will still need to comply with the closed-door deposition on Dec. 13th.
Hunter and President Biden's brother James have both been subpoenaed as part of an investigation into the Biden family's business dealings
