Akron Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a woman with life-threatening injuries early this morning.
The woman was walking across the street when she was hit by an SUV around 1 a.m.
She was thrown 80 feet. First responders rushed her to Summa Health Akron City Hospital.
The suspect's SUV was silver. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.
