The Guardians got pulverized by the Twins in their series opener at Progressive Field. Royce Lewis slugged a grand slam and had six RBI for Minnesota in a 20-6 victory. Lucas Giolito got the loss after surrendering nine runs on seven hits over three innings. Tyler Freeman went yard for Cleveland, which dropped to 66-and-72. The Guardians are second in the AL Central as the series continues tonight.
