Guardians edged the White Sox 6-3 in their series opener from Chicago. Tanner Bibee earned the win after surrendering three runs on six hits over six-plus innings. Josh Naylor went two-for-four with three RBI as Cleveland improved to 52-and-51. The Guardians now trail the Twins by a game-and-a-half for first place in the AL Central. Game two of the four-game set takes place tonight.
