At least four people remain missing after historic rain and flooding in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia.
The storm dumped three months' worth of rain onto the province in a single day, forcing evacuations in the capital city of Halifax and surrounding towns.
Among those missing are two children who were riding in a car that was submerged underwater.
The area is still recovering from a wildfire that forced more than 16,000 evacuations last week.
