Consumer advice website WalletHub is out this week with its rankings of the most affordable American cities for home buyers.
WalletHub looked at 300 U.S. cities and considered statistics in ten key metrics in putting the list together including housing affordability, maintenance affordability, and the cost of living.
Cleveland placed 22nd on the list of most affordable cities for home buyers. Montgomery Alabama came in at number one.
