A young boy from Missouri has made it his goal to assist in spreading Easter cheer to others.
Since he was three years old, Luke Flerlage, now six, has volunteered with Alleluia Baskets in O'Fallon, Missouri.
This year, Luke was determined to fill a box truck to the brim with supplies for Easter baskets. He told everyone he knew and encountered about the collection. In total, 12,221 items were collected for the baskets.
"Luke's heart is in the right place, he is caring and wants to do good for others. He is conscious of the mission to bring joy to others at Easter," said his mother, Beverly Flerlage.
