Actor Robert Blake, Emmy award-winning performer, known for 'Baretta,' 'In Cold Blood,' dies at 89, family says. Blake went from fame to notoriety when he was tried and acquitted in the killing of his wife. Born Michael James Gubitosi on Sept. 18, 1933 played Mickey in the Little Rascals-Our Gang comedies - He also appeared in numerous movies like Treasure of the Sierra Madre in 1948 (Nats). But in the early 2000 s he was known as the actor accused of murdering his second wife Bonnie Lee Bakley who was shot outside of a restaurant here in LA. (Nats) He was acquitted. Blake died of heart disease at the age of 89.
