Drew Waters launched a go-ahead, three-run home run in the top of the tenth to lead the Royals past the Guardians 5-2 in Cleveland. Cleveland couldn't make up the difference in the bottom half as Taylor Clarke earned the save. Steven Kwan drove in a run for the Guardians, who continue to host the Royals tonight.
