Browns defensive end Myles Garrett is being cited for a single-vehicle accident. A report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol says Garrett was ticketed for failure to control his vehicle and for traveling at an unsafe speed following Monday's accident. Garrett apparently swerved to avoid hitting an animal on a slick street, causing his car to leave the road and roll multiple times. The report says Garrett was driving 65-miles-per-hour in a 45 mile-per-hour zone.
