A Kentucky prosecutor has been suspended for offering to help a defendant in exchange for nude photos.
The female defendant claims she exchanged more than 230 pages of Facebook messages with Eastern Kentucky prosecutor Ronnie Goldy, who withdrew warrants and had cases continued in exchange for nudes.
Goldy told the court that he did not remember sending the messages but did not deny it.
On Friday, Goldy was suspended by the Kentucky Supreme Court, and could also be permanently disbarred.
