CLEVELAND – Fifth Third Bank, National Association, has announced Tom Partridge as Northern Ohio region president. Partridge succeeds Joe DiRocco, who is taking on a new role as national middle market sales manager, asset based lending.
As region president, Partridge will be responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the Bank’s Commercial, Wealth & Asset Management and Consumer businesses to deliver distinctive value to customers and community impact.
“I’m excited to return to Northern Ohio, where I lived from 2007 through 2010,” said Partridge. “As was my focus then, our team’s attention is centered on deepening relationships and providing services and solutions that will help our clients reach their financial goals while continuing to steward community engagement.”
Partridge has spent 34 years in banking, 25 of them with Fifth Third. He has held various leadership roles, including serving as region president in Northeast Ohio and Kentucky along with corporate management positions leading middle market lending and commercial real estate. Most recently he served as executive vice president, head of commercial specialty products. He has extensive experience in specialty lending, commercial real estate and capital markets.
