Padres Jurickson Profar and C.J. Abrams had a major collision - Profar took a knee to the head and neck from Abrams - collapsed while trying to walk off the field. Profar had to leave on a stretcher, was carted off, and was taken to a San Diego hospital. Abrams walked off while breaking his chain.
