Guardians took an early lead and never looked back in their 6-3 win over the Athletics in Cleveland. The team scored three runs in the first inning and didn't trail for the rest of the game. Jose Ramirez had three R-B-I while Cal Quantrill earned the win after pitching six innings and giving up just one run. Cleveland heads to Colorado tomorrow to begin a three-game series with the Rockies.
