A matchup Wednesday between Weatherford College (Texas) and North Central Texas College turned into a crazy situation today. Weatherford pitcher Owen Woodward tackled North Central batter Josh Phillips as Phillips rounds third base. Umpires suspended the game until further notice. The Weatherford police department are investigating the incident along with Weatherford college. Woodward is suspended during the investigation and could face expulsion from the Offices of Student services.
