Today in 1998, two students, ages 13 and 11, dressed in camouflage opened fire on dozens of schoolmates at Westside Middle School, in a quiet rural area just west of Jonesboro, Arkansas. The shooters were pronounced delinquent in juvenile court the following August and are both now free.
