(Cleveland, OH) -- City Dogs Cleveland is over capacity and are looking for people to give some of their animals a forever home. The shelter says it recently received more than a dozen new dogs to add to the 100 they currently have at their facility, forcing them to house the animals in temporary cages.
City Dogs is offering adoptions for the $21.00 cost of a license.
