An 11-year-old boy has been charged with carjacking two women at gunpoint in November in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood. CBS 2's Jackie Kostek talked to the victim.
Chicago police have filed charges against the person they say is responsible for a carjacking last November: an 11-year-old boy.
The unidentified youth was taken into custody Thursday and charged with aggravated hijacking with a weapon -- a felony, according to the Chicago P.D.
The arrest stems from a November incident in which the boy reportedly pulled a gun on two women, ages 53 and 35, and stole their car, police say. What's more is he's suspected in an earlier carjacking as well, investigators say.
