(Cleveland, OH) -- A Cuyahoga County grand jury this morning indicted Anthony Butler Junior in connection with the shooting death of Cleveland Police Officer Shane Bartek on New Year's Eve.
Butler has been charged with receiving stolen property, failure to comply with a police officer's order.
He's accused of leading police on a chase while he was driving Bartek's vehicle which was taken after the officer was fatally shot.
The woman charged in the shooting -- 18-year-old Tamara McLoyd -- has pleaded not guilty in the case and is due back in court for a hearing next week.
