Denying that you own an illegal substance is a go-to move for some, but a Florida man may have taken it to a new level. 34-year-old Patrick Florence was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for traveling without headlights or taillights in Clearwater, Florida; the driver was arrested for DUI, and a search of the vehicle found a handgun under Florence’s seat.
The ex-con has ‘dozens of felony convictions,’ which makes it a crime for him to have weapons or ammunition. While searching him, a deputy found two plastic baggies…one filled with cocaine, the other with meth…wrapped around Florence’s penis.
When questioned about the drugs, police say Florence “stated the package wrapped around his penis was not his. ”He was charged with four felonies and booked into jail.
