(Cleveland, OH) - Legendary rap group Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony are set to headline a unique, free show at Tower City set for 6:00 p.m. on October 28th 2021.
The group will be performing in the conclusion of the "Battle of the Land" competition series which will decide the show's opening act via a talent competition that takes place next month.
Entry to each of the “Battle of the Land” events -- including the Bone Thugs concert -- will be free, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The “Battle of the Land” competition is open to all Cleveland musicians and bands who are 18 years and older. Performers are invited to apply, submitting videos through battleoftheland.com, until 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 5.
According to a press release, performers of any genre can apply.
Then, chosen musicians and bands will face off against one another in performance competitions throughout late September and October.
Applicants have to have in-person availability on Sept. 30, Oct. 7, Oct. 14, Oct. 21, Oct. 27 and Oct. 28 for competition dates at Tower City
Whoever comes in first place will open for Bone Thugs on Oct. 28, while all 16 finalists will receive a $250 gift card or another prize of similar value, according to a press release.
