Cavaliers Hand Rockets Their 12th Straight Loss

HOUSTON, TX -- The Cavaliers traveled to Houston to take on a scuffling Rockets team. Houston came into Monday night's have having lost 11 straight, and their struggles continued. Cleveland pulled away in the fourth quarter, mounting a 12-point lead before cruising to a 101-90 victory over Houston.

The young Cleveland backcourt had a tall task on Monday, needing to outplay the fast and furious combination of John Wall and Victor Oladipo. Sexton was sizzling hot down the stretch, getting a bucket whenever the Cavs needed it most. Young Bull lit up the Rockets for a total of 39 points, while Garland chipped in 14. Collin Sexton extended his streak of at least 22 points scored to 10 games.

Houston once again lacked production outside of their two stars. Wall and Oladipo combined for 52 of the Rockets 90 total points. PJ Tucker scored 7 points, leading the rest of the team.

Cleveland has now won 4 straight games and will take Tuesday off before hosting the Indiana Pacers in search for their 5th consecutive victory. Tip-off on Wednesday night is set for 7:00 pm ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from tonight's game below!
