Cavaliers Fall to the Thunder 117-101, Drop 10th Straight Game

CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cavaliers jumped out to a quick 10 point lead over the Thunder, before going completely cold. Oklahoma City came roaring back to take the lead before the end of the opening quarter. The Thunder kept their foot on the gas pedal, running Cleveland out of their own building by the final score of 117-101.

Oklahoma City took advantage of Cleveland's inability to shoot the three ball consistently by stretching the floor with their big men. Horford and Muscala combined for 5 long balls and 29 combined points. Second year guard out of Kentucky, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, led all scorers with 31 points on 9-15 shooting.

Cleveland big man Jarrett Allen came into Sunday's game leading the NBA in field goal percentage, and continued his consistent play shooting 11-11 from the field for a total of 26 points and 17 rebounds. Collin Sexton lit up the Thunder defense for 27 points on 11-22 shooting. Rookie Isaac Okoro topped his career high in three pointers in a game with 4 total long balls.

The Cavaliers have now dropped ten straight games and will look to get back on track on Tuesday when they will host the Atlanta Hawks. Tip-off on Tuesdays matchup is set for 7:00 pm ET at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out highlights from tonight's game below!
