Lamar Jackson Torch Browns Defense, Cleveland Fall Short 47-42

CLEVELAND--It was a classic, but in the end it did not go the Browns way as they fall to the Baltimore Ravens 47-42.

A crazy score with some great stats behind it.

In the 2nd half, Browns overcame a 34-20 deficit thanks to Baker Mayfield:

Around this time, Lamar Jackson left the game to deal with cramps. This proved huge for Cleveland as they had no answer for Jackson all game. Trace McSorley stepped in for Jackson. Meanwhile Mayfield leads the Browns to a 35-34 lead in the 4th quarter.

McSorley gets hurt on a 3rd Down near the two minute warning. So of course right on cue, Jackson storms out of the locker room and goes into the game on 4th & 5. If the Browns defense makes the stop, they win the game. But not so fast my friend:

Baker Mayfield had a signature NFL drive in response:

However 64 seconds remaining proved to be too much time for Jackson to respond. Within two plays, Baltimore was in field goal range and Justin Tucker delivered the go-ahead field goal.

Here's the finish. Some of you may not like it. Remember Ravens were favored by 3 points (for entertainment purposes only).
