CLEVELAND - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Justin Hubbard. Hubbard is wanted by the ATF and the U.S. Marshals Service for being a felon in possession of a firearm and the possession and distribution of narcotics.
Hubbard, 38, is a described as a black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 270 pounds. Hubbard’s last known address is near the 6800 block of Worley Ave, Cleveland. Hubbard is to be considered armed and dangerous.
