(Cleveland) - Police are looking for a man who was shot in both legs while riding an electric rental scooter downtown.
Cleveland Police say that about 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, a 25-year-old man was riding a scooter downtown with some other people, when he was shot in both legs. It happened around West 3rd and St. Clair.
The man was able to get himself to Lutheran Hospital, and he was transferred to MetroHealth Medical Center.
The shots came from a black Chevy Impala, which police captured photos of further east on St. Clair.
