MILWAUKEE--Cavs were down five points against the eastern conference favorite Milwaukee Bucks with 9:26 left in the fourth quarter. But costly misses by Darius Garland and Kevin Love and the Bucks finished the game on a 33-21 run as the Bucks defeat the Cavs 129-112.
Khris Middleton led all scorers with 21 points. Former Cavalier George Hill had 19 points but they had to fight against the Cavs throughout most of the night. NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo had a near triple double (14 pts, 10 rebs, 7 ast).
Cavs Head Coach John Belein saw good things but knew there are some areas that needs to improve.
Bucks had a 16 point lead before the Cavs comeback attempt in the 2nd half including Larry Nance Jr's buzzer beater at the end of the 3rd quarter.
Sexton (18), Clarkson (17), and Thompson (17) were the Cavs leading scorers.
Cavs will host the Chicago Bulls this Wednesday night on Newsradio WTAM 1100AM/106.9FM.
