The Indians bats were silent against White Sox starter Reynaldo Lopez as he threw a complete game one hitter, as the White Sox split the four game series with the Tribe. The loss puts the Indians even further back of the first place Twins when the two teams begin a three game series in Minneapolis starting tonight.
It also does not help the Indians place in the wild card standings either, as it puts them one game behind the Athletics and Rays for one of the last two playoff spots.
