For the first time all season the Indians are 6-games over .500 and are looking to sweep the Tigers for the second time in a week, today at Progressive Field. The Indians, perhaps playing their best baseball of the season, just in time for the weather to break in Cleveland.
As the bats heat up, so does the lineup. This morning the Indians recalled 1B Bobby Bradley from AAA Columbus and optioned LHP Josh Smith to AAA Columbus. Bradley will start today batting seventh and playing first base.
Bradley on the year in AAA Columbus, batting .292 with 17 doubles, 24 home runs, 55 RBI in 67 games.
