The old phrase says "time heals all wounds." However, a lot of other things from generations past, this phrase hasn't aged well.
In 2006, music fans all over the world were focused on what has seen at the trial of the new century. The "King Of Pop," Michael Jackson sat in front of a jury of his peers and stood trial for four counts of of molesting a minor. Despite a gag order, and no camera filming in the courtroom, the country was rivitived as celebrities like George Lopez, Chris Tucker, and Macaulay Culkin testified about their interactions with Jackson.
Also testifying in that trial was Wade Robson, who was befriended by Jackson in 1987. Robson testified in his defense, saying he had slept in Jackson's bedroom several times but had never been molested. Partially because of the testimony from the defense, and also no physical evidence substantiating any of the actuations, Jackson was acquitted in June of 2005.
However, in 2013 Robson's story changed.
The peaceful picture that Robson painted in 2006 suddenly became much more hostile just a few years later. Robson turned his story completely around an claimed that Jackson molested him while he was as young as 5 years old.
How, Robsen's (new) story will be the subject of the HBO Documentary, "Leaving Neverland."
