The 14th Annual Heroes For Andy takes place on Saturday, April 6th at Landerhaven.
Andy Nowacki was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq while protecting a convoy.Andy’s family and friends decided to start a scholarship fund in his name. Not only a Marine, Andy was also a peace officer who loved helping people.
The mission of the Nowacki Foundation: To provide meaningful scholarships to men and women who want to serve their communities as peace officers, firefighters, EMT’s, or nurses. They have awarded over 45 scholarships to date. Our recipients are serving and protecting their communities from Oberlin to Ashtabula.
