Flooding Possible in Northeast Ohio

(Cleveland) -- Flooding is possible as temperatures shift in northeast Ohio over the next few days. FEMA says some parts of the Midwest could see a 60-to-70-degree shift in temperature, which will cause snow to melt and water to run-off. Meteorologists say highs will be near 60-degrees on both Sunday and Monday, versus the sub-zero temperatures the area experienced mid-week. Officials say residents should be aware rapid changes in weather can lead to dangerous flooding.
