(Sacramento, CA) - California lawmakers will now adhere to a policy which bans the use of the words 'he' and 'she' during committee hearings. State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson says they will now use the word 'they' instead, in their effort to use a non-binary designation during their hearings.
