Medical Weed Is Flying Off The Shelves

Ohio's medical marijuana dispensaries sold 75-thousand dollars worth of product in the first day of operation Wednesday.

Dispensaries in Northern Ohio opened and the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program says nearly nine pounds of marijuana were purchased on the firs day of sale.

They say there is a limited amount of marijuana available right now, but that supplies will grow over time.

There will be sixty dispensaries across Ohio once they are up and running.
