Who should be given reward cash in tragic Wisconsin case?

The Wisconsin kidnapping case that saw a teenager returned safely is raising questions.  Who will get the 50-thousand dollar reward?

Jayme Closs escaped last week after nearly three months in captivity.  The 13-year old was kidnapped after police say Jake Pattereson killed both of her parents.

The Kasinskas family, which took in Jayme following her escape, says it does not want the money.  The Kasinskas' say Closs should get the money because she 'got herself out'.  The FBI says it's looking into the case to see where the money should go.
