(Cleveland) - Police in Rocky River are looking for a Salvation Army Kettle Ringer who picked up a customer's wallet, and stole 600 dollars from it, before following the owner into a store and returning the wallet.
Rocky River police say that kind of finder's fee counts as criminal.
The suspect has been identified as 47-year-old April Harris. Harris is (was) a Salvation Army volunteer, assigned to the Giant Eagle supermarket on Center Ridge Road. A warrant was issued for Harris's arrest on Wednesday.
